Which are Italy’s strongest food destinations?
There is not yet a shared index combining quality, reputation, economic value and travel motivation. Sociometrica does have municipal data on restaurant value associated with tourism. The next step is a ranking combining tourist spending, the density and quality of food offerings, local products, reviews and the proportion of visitors motivated by food.
